Getting Started
New users have 14 days to explore Pixop before committing. During this time, uploads, downloads, and processing are restricted.
To continue using Pixop, a valid payment method must be added within 14 days. Otherwise, your account will be automatically deleted.

Processing Credits
You must purchase processing credits before starting any job. Uploads are allowed once a payment method is added, but processing and downloads require credits.
Pixop automatically calculates job costs and prompts you to top up if your balance is low.
Track all processing activity via My Account → Billing → Processing Transactions for real-time expense tracking.
Utilities Charges
We check your storage and download usage weekly, but only charge you when your total exceeds $10 (excl. VAT).
All costs are based on AWS rates — passed on directly with no extra fees. To reduce spend, delete unused files regularly.
Track all utility costs via My Account → Billing → Utilities Transactions with full transparency.

How is Pixop Studio pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on your project. Pixop Studio charges per gigapixel processed - not per minute. The price depends on your video’s resolution, duration, and the filters you apply. Before processing starts, Pixop Studio automatically calculates the cost and shows you an estimate - so you’re always in control.
Do I need technical skills to use Pixop Studio?
No advanced skills required - just a browser and understanding of your content. Pixop Studio runs in any modern browser and requires no plugins or installations. While it's easy to use, getting the best results depends on knowing which filters to apply - so some familiarity with video quality and enhancement principles is recommended.

What video formats does Pixop Studio support?

Does Pixop Studio enhance or process audio?
No, Pixop does not enhance or modify audio. Audio streams are copied as-is from the original file unless the format is incompatible with the output container - in which case, audio is transcoded to either 128 kbps AAC or 16-bit PCM. Pixop focuses on advanced AI-driven video enhancement.
